About Us

The Institute of Strategic Customer Service and Trade Management of Nigeria [ICSTM] is registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 with the sole aim of building and promoting professionalism in Customer Service delivery and Trade activities in all ramifications. The Institute is duly registered with Corporate Affairs Commissions and fully approved by the Federal Ministry of Education and Justice of Nigeria, respectively.

The Institute’s mandate is to develop problem solving skill and capacity of its members and other individuals that are involved in the practice of customer service and trade transactions.
ICSTM is bent on helping improve the business environment and enhance shareholders value by bringing professionalism into the exciting world of Customer Service delivery and Trade related activities in Both Public and Private sectors of the economy.
