The Institute of Strategic Customer Service and Trade Management , Nigeria (ICSTM)
 is a professional body registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 of Federal Republic of Nigeria and approved by Federal Ministry of Education to build, promote, develop and directly serve the needs of all stake holders in Customer Service and Trade related industry.
 
ICSTM apart from providing a forum to promoting service excellence by suggesting tools and strategies to drive customer service to the center of business and exceed customer expectation, it also focuses on development of Trade Management profession by understanding factors affecting the Global Market – Place which include International Business, Commerce, Import and Export, Market Intelligence, Trade Policy and Finance from a practical  and Customer – Driven view point.
